Job summary
Orange Tree Staffing, LLC is seeking a bright and talented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver education-based therapy services in Frederick County, MD for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, located in Ballenger Creek, MD, with a 2026-2027 SY contract.
Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and collaborating with teachers and families to support student success.
Qualifications
- BCBA certification is required for the role.
- Experience designing and implementing behavior plans is expected.
- Ability to collect and analyze data to drive progress.
Responsibilities
- Conduct FBAs and assessments to identify student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
- Provide direct and indirect behavioral support in schools.
- Collaborate with teachers and families to apply strategies.
- Attend IEP meetings with data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans based on data.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with ABA practices.
- Stay updated on ABA best practices through supervision.
