Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavioral services in a middle school setting in Frederick County, Maryland. This W-2 position offers benefits, PTO, and weekly pay, with competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities include FBAs, BIPs, data-based progress monitoring, multidisciplinary collaboration, and staff training to support student outcomes. Start date November 2026 – end of the school year.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with school-aged children and adolescents preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary school team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Provide behavioral consultation and support for middle school students.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Collaborate with teachers, admins, and related service providers.
• Provide training and support to school staff implementing behavioral strategies.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and reports.
• Promote positive behavior, emotional regulation, and social skills.
