Job summary

TheraEd Staffing Group in Frederick, MD is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavioral support for students. You will design and oversee ABA interventions, conduct FBAs and develop BIPs, train and supervise staff, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with IEP teams, educators and families to promote positive student outcomes.

A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required, with at least one year of school-based or pediatric

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of school-based or pediatric experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs.
• Design and oversee ABA interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support behavior staff and educators.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze data to measure progress.
• Collaborate with IEP teams, administrators, and families to ensure student success in academic and functional areas.
• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and state/federal guidelines for special education services.
