Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team, delivering high-quality ABA services and collaborating with families to improve outcomes for individuals with behavioral challenges.

You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs and staff, and work across home, school, and community settings, while upholding BACB ethics and PBS's person-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Relevant degree and licensure per state requirements.
• Experience designing and supervising ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure ethical compliance with BACB and PBS policies.
