Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead and supervise ABA services, design intervention plans, and mentor team members. You will ensure high-quality ABA services while collaborating with families and professionals across settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• All roles subject to local/state licensure, credentialing and certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
