Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and work closely with families to achieve meaningful behavior change. The role emphasizes ethical, person-centered care and collaboration across home, school, and community settings.

You will lead assessments, train team members, and monitor progress through data analysis while aligning with BACB guidelines and PBS policies for quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB standing.
• Related degree required; licensure and credentialing may apply locally.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success for client and family.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
