Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our team. You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, train staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients across home, school, and community settings.

As a BCBA or BCaBA, you will mentor RBTs and students, conduct FBAs, and monitor client progress while adhering to BACB ethics. We value collaboration, ongoing learning, and family-centered care to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required and licensure/certification as applicable.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Adhere to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
