Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) invites compassionate BCBAs to join a mission-driven team providing ethical, person-centered ABA services to families affected by autism.

We seek Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) or BCaBA to design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families in home, school, and community settings. PBS offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required and licensure/certification as applicable by state.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
