Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA to join a collaborative team.

You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs and Analysts, and ensure high-quality ABA services across home, school, or community settings. Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
