Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff including RBTs, and ensure high-quality ABA services across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and PBS policies.
