Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Related degree required
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Assistants, RBTs, and Student Analysts
• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client outcomes through data analysis and adjust plans as needed
• Ensure ethical compliance with BACB guidelines and PBS policies
