Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA to join our mission-driven team.

You will design and oversee individualized ABA programs, supervise RBTs and staff, and ensure high-quality services for families embracing autism spectrum challenges. Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and RBTs.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
