As a BCBA/BCaBA, you will supervise staff, conduct FBAs, and implement programs across home, school, and community settings while ensuring high-quality ABA services and BACB ethics compliance.

Qualifications

Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB
Related degree in a relevant field
Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders
Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress
Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans
Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies
