Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned and operated leader in ABA, proudly aligning with families affected by autism to deliver ethical, person-centered care.

We seek a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee intervention plans, supervise RBTs and staff, and ensure high-quality services across home, school, and community settings. Competenze

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Licensure, credentialing and certification per local/state requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
