Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) invites compassionate BCBAs to join a mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services to families affected by autism.

As a BCBA/BCaBA, you will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, collaborate with families and other professionals, and ensure data-driven progress across home, school and community settings. Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
