Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Our BCBAs design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients, with a focus on trust and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure and state credentialing may apply locally.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Leads teams, communicates effectively, problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to client locations and work independently or in teams.
• Must be able to engage with clients physically (sit, stand, lift up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans for client outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
