Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee ABA services, supervise assistants, and ensure high-quality outcomes for clients and families.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and professionals, data-driven treatment plans, and adherence to BACB ethics. PBS offers a supportive, mentor-rich environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Licensure and credentialing may vary by state and locality.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently or in a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition, and generalization.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
