Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs and work with families to implement ABA strategies with fidelity.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members including RBTs and Analysts.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
