Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff and interns, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Experience developing and supervising ABA programs.
• Ability to supervise BCBAs, RBTs and analysts.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in various settings to reduce behaviors and teach skills.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain BACB ethics and PBS policies.
