Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing withBACB.
• Related degree required; licensure and credentialing as per state.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
