Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and related degree.
• All roles subject to local and state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
