Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead and mentor a team while designing and supervising individualized ABA treatment plans. The role involves collaborating with families, supervising RBTs, and ensuring high-quality services across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans to ensure success.
