Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients across home, school, and community settings.

You will collaborate with families and professionals, analyze data, and ensure ethical compliance with BACB standards while mentoring RBTs and Behavior Assistants. PBS offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Providing supervision and training to team members and families
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans
• Ensure ethical guidelines compliance with BACB and PBS policies
