Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA programs across home, school, and community settings. You will mentor RBTs and staff while ensuring high-quality services and ethical practice for clients and families.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with families, and commitment to quality life outcomes, with opportunities for growth and ongoing professional development through PBS resources.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Licensure, credentialing and certification may be required by local/state rules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics and PBS policies.
