Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a BCBA/BCaBA to oversee individualized ABA programs, supervise RBTs and staff, and ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress and outcomes.
• Analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure client success.
