Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support treatment implementation and supervise RBTs across North Carolina. The role involves collaborating with supervising BCBAs, observing clients, and coordinating with families in home, daycare, and school settings.

You will focus on clinical excellence while our back-office team handles administrative tasks, with compensation between $45 and $70 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience supporting treatment implementation and supervision is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with families and BCBAs to ensure effective care.
• Willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
• North Carolina licensure or in progress to obtain licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision and observations of RBTs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on client progress and clinical recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration.
• Attend team meetings to ensure continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of clinical records.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.
