Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy invites a dedicated BCaBA to join our team in North Carolina. You will support treatment plan implementation, supervise RBTs in person, and collaborate with BCBAs on client progress across home, daycare, and school settings.

You’ll work with a back-office team to focus on clinical care while maintaining HIPAA and BACB compliance. Compensation is hourly, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA Certification from the BACB.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience supporting treatment implementation, supervision, and parent collaboration preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
• Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
• Bilingual A Plus, though not required!
• Must have North Carolina licensure or be in process to obtain North Carolina licensure!

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision support and observations of RBTs to promote ethical and effective care.
• Collaborate with BCBAs regarding client progress, treatment implementation, and clinical recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of required clinical records.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.
