Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and goal-driven Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism. This position provides the flexibility to work in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, allowing for a connection with clients in their everyday environments.

Your role will include supporting treatment plans, providing clinical supervision, and collaborating with BCBAs and parents.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA Certification from the BACB is required.
• Experience in treatment implementation and supervision preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel in assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans.
• Provide in-person clinical support and observations.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on client progress and treatment.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration.
• Attend team meetings for collaboration and continuity.
• Work in home, daycare, and school settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and BACB guidelines.
