Job summary

Achie vements ABA Therapy is seeking a BCaBA to support treatment plan implementation across in-home, daycare, and school settings in North Carolina. You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with supervising BCBAs, and work with families to ensure ethical, effective care.

The role offers flexible placement in clients' everyday environments with back-office support handling administrative tasks, enabling you to focus on clinical excellence.

Qualifications

  • Active BCaBA Certification from BACB.
  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience supporting treatment implementation, supervision and parent collaboration preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
  • Bilingual a plus, though not required.
  • Must have North Carolina licensure or be in process to obtain NC licensure.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
  • Provide in-person clinical supervision support and observations of RBTs to promote ethical and effective care.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs regarding client progress, treatment implementation, and clinical recommendations.
  • Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs.
  • Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
  • Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of required clinical records.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.
