Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated BCaBA to support treatment plans and provide in-person supervision for RBTs in North Carolina. The role spans in-home, daycare, and school settings to meet children where they are.

You will collaborate with BCBAs, engage families, document progress, and ensure HIPAA and BACB compliance. Mentorship, CEUs, health insurance, PTO, and travel support are included.

Qualifications

  • Active BCaBA Certification from BACB.
  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience supporting treatment implementation, supervision, and parent collaboration.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with dedication to making a meaningful difference in lives of children with autism.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
  • Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families.
  • Bilingual a plus, though not required.
  • Must have North Carolina licensure or be in process to obtain North Carolina licensure.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
  • Provide in-person clinical supervision support and observations of RBTs.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs regarding client progress, treatment implementation, and clinical recommendations.
  • Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs.
  • Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
  • Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of required clinical records.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.
