Achivements ABA Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support treatment plan implementation and supervision across in-home, daycare, and school settings in North Carolina. The role emphasizes collaboration with supervising BCBAs, parent involvement, and seamless care delivery with administrative support.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA Certification from BACB.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience supporting treatment implementation, supervision, and parent collaboration preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision and observations of RBTs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs regarding client progress and clinical recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration.
• Attend team meetings and work across home, daycare, and school settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of clinical records.
• Maintain HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.
