Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated BCaBA to support treatment implementation, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families across NC in home, daycare, and school settings.

You will work with supervising BCBAs, participate in team meetings, and maintain compliant documentation while focusing on clinical excellence in a supportive back-office environment.

North Carolina licensure or in-process is required; bilingual skills are a plus, and travel across assigned service areas is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with treatment implementation and supervision preferred.
• Willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
• NC licensure or in-process required.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision and observations of RBTs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on client progress and clinical recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed.
• Attend team meetings for continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely clinical records.
• Maintain HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.
