Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated BCaBA to support treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families across in-home, daycare, and school environments in North Carolina. The role emphasizes ethical care, documentation, and compliance with HIPAA and BACB guidelines.

The position offers part-time or full-time hours with a compensation of $45.00–$70.00 per hour, contingent on experience, plus benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Active BCaBA Certification with BACB
  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience supporting treatment implementation, supervision, and parent collaboration preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas
  • Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and families
  • Bilingual a plus, though not required
  • Must have North Carolina licensure or be in process to obtain NC licensure

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
  • Provide in-person clinical supervision support and observations of RBTs to promote ethical and effective care
  • Collaborate with BCBAs regarding client progress, treatment implementation, and clinical recommendations
  • Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs
  • Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care
  • Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of required clinical records
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies
