Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of auto claims experience, a relevant degree, and the ability to obtain an adjuster license where required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of automobile claims handling experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Adjuster's license or ability to obtain one, where required.
• Spanish–English bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents by gathering facts and reviewing evidence.
• Interview insureds, claimants, witnesses, and other involved parties.
• Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and potential injury exposure.
• Negotiate fair and timely claim settlements.
• Manage claim reserves and maintain accurate documentation.
• Deliver clear, timely communication to build trust with customers.
• Balance quality, productivity and customer service with an active caseload.
