AssuranceAmerica in Miami is seeking a Liability Adjuster II to own a portfolio of auto liability claims from first notice of loss through resolution, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will investigate accidents, interview involved parties, evaluate coverage and damages, and negotiate fair settlements while maintaining documentation and reserves. The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and a commitment to growth within a supportive team.

• Negotiate fair and timely claim settlements.
• Manage claim reserves and maintain accurate claim documentation.
• Identify complex claim issues and collaborate with internal partners when needed.
• Deliver clear, timely communication that builds trust with customers.
• Balance quality, productivity, and customer service while managing an active caseload.
• Continue developing your claims expertise through coaching, training, and ongoing professional development.

What You’ll Do

• Experience handling non-standard automobile claims.
• Adjuster's license or the ability to obtain one, where required.
• Spanish-English bilingual skills.
