• Investigate automobile accidents by gathering facts and evidence.
• Interview insureds, claimants, witnesses, and involved parties.
• Evaluate coverage, liability, damages and injury exposure.
• Make sound claim decisions based on policy language and facts.
• Negotiate fair and timely settlements and reserve claims.
