Job summary

AssuranceAmerica is seeking a Liability Adjuster I/II to manage auto liability claims from notice through resolution, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will investigate accidents, interview involved parties, evaluate coverage and liability, and negotiate fair settlements while maintaining thorough documentation. Growth through coaching and training is emphasized.

What You'll Do

You'll manage your own portfolio of auto liability claims from first notice of loss through resolution while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

In This Role, You'll
  • Investigate automobile accidents by gathering facts and reviewing evidence.
  • Interview insureds, claimants, witnesses, and other involved parties.
  • Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and potential injury exposure.
  • Make sound claim decisions based on policy language and the facts of each loss.
  • Negotiate fair and timely claim settlements.
  • Manage claim reserves and maintain accurate claim documentation.
  • Identify complex claim issues and collaborate with internal partners when needed.
  • Deliver clear, timely communication that builds trust with customers.
  • Balance quality, productivity, and customer service while managing an active caseload.
  • Continue developing your claims expertise through coaching, training, and ongoing professional development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adjuster's license or the ability to obtain one, where required.
  • Spanish-English bilingual skills.
