The Learning Experience Corp - Miramar, FL is seeking an Assistant Teacher dedicated to creating joyful, developmental moments for children. You will partner with lead teachers to support a nurturing classroom and implement our signature LEAP Curriculum, adapting activities to infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers.

Qualificações

• Educational background: High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum age: At least 18 years of age.
• Experience: Prior childcare experience or demonstrated passion for early childhood education preferred.
• State compliance: Must meet state-specific guidelines including immunizations and health/safety training.
• Meet state and federal requirements including immunizations, employment physicals, and required health and safety training.

Responsabilidades

• Classroom leadership: collaborate with teachers to create a stimulating, welcoming learning space for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Curriculum implementation: assist in delivering the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, adapting approaches to children’s needs.
• Safety first: maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
• Family communication: update parents on progress and milestones via apps and in-person discussions.
• Center collaboration: work with staff and leadership to support retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
• Relationship building: foster warm relationships with families and colleagues.
