The Learning Experience is seeking a Lead Teacher to serve as an ambassador of happiness, guiding and mentoring fellow educators while delivering the LEAP Curriculum®. You will create a welcoming, developmentally appropriate environment that supports infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Qualifications

• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Extended experience in a childcare setting with classroom leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and orchestrate a stimulating classroom space.
• Implement the proprietary LEAP Curriculum®, adapting to infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers.
• Prioritize safety and a nurturing environment for children.
• Regularly update families on progress via apps and in-person discussions.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement.
• Cultivate warm relationships with families and colleagues to support learning and play.
