Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking Assistant Teachers to support classrooms and play a pivotal role in delivering developmentally appropriate activities under our LEAP Curriculum. You will help create a welcoming environment where children can explore, learn, and grow, while prioritizing safety and engagement.

Responsibilities include assisting with curriculum delivery, communicating with families about progress, and collaborating with center staff to drive retention and enrollment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Must meet state guidelines and health/safety training requirements.
• Immunizations and employment physicals may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom support with teachers to create a welcoming space for children.
• Support curriculum implementation and adapt to age groups (Infants/Toddlers/Preschool).
• Prioritize safety and nurture in daily activities.
• Communicate with families about child progress using apps and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with center staff to support retention, enrollment, and engagement.
• Build warm relationships with families and colleagues.
