Job summary

The Learning Experience Corp in the United States seeks an Assistant Teacher to help create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for young children. You will partner with teachers to implement the LEAP Curriculum and support families with progress updates using apps and in person conversations.

Role emphasizes classroom leadership, safety, and collaboration with center staff to drive enrollment, retention, and high-quality care across Infants to Preschool learners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Prior childcare experience is preferred.
• Must meet state guidelines including immunizations and health training.

Responsibilities

• Lead classrooms alongside teachers to create a warm, engaging space for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Support curriculum implementation and adapt approaches to individual needs.
• Ensure safety and a nurturing environment at all times.
• Communicate regularly with families about progress and milestones both via apps and in person.
• Collaborate with center staff to support retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
