Job summary
The Learning Experience in Melbourne, FL is hiring an Assistant Teacher to partner with lead teachers, create a warm, engaging classroom, and support daily routines for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.
You will implement our L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, help monitor progress, communicate with families, and collaborate with center staff to support retention, enrollment, and a joyful learning environment.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- ECE coursework is preferred.
- Must meet state guidelines and immunizations.
- Age minimum 18 years.
- Experience in childcare or a passion for early childhood education is preferred.
- Must meet health and safety training requirements.
Responsibilities
- Help lead classrooms with teachers to foster a stimulating, welcoming space.
- Support implementation of L.E.A.P. Curriculum for infants to preschool.
- Prioritize safety and nurturing environments for children.
- Assist in communicating progress and milestones to families.
- Collaborate with center staff to drive retention, enrollment and engagement.
- Build warm relationships with families and colleagues.
