Job summary

The Learning Experience centers are currently seeking Assistant Teachers who bring compassion and a growth mindset to our classrooms. You will partner with experienced teachers to create engaging learning spaces and help implement the LEAP Curriculum for infants through preschoolers.

You will contribute to a safe, nurturing environment and maintain regular communication with families about children’s progress. We offer full-time and part-time roles with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• ECE coursework is preferred.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and learn from the teachers to create a welcoming classroom space.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress via apps and discussions.
• Support center goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers to foster a vibrant learning environment.
