Job summary

Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs focused on learning through engagement and daily enrichment. The role of Program Manager supports safety, communication with families, and daily activities across multiple schools within the district.

Ideal candidates will have child development knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple priorities while delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• Experience working with children and understanding needs of diverse learners.
• Clear communication skills in written, verbal, and visual formats with adults and children.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
• Ability to identify and submit proof of MMR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and engagement across sites.
• Communicate with families and partners to support program goals.
• Ensure attendance, check-in/check-out procedures and compliance with policies.
• Manage daily activities and curriculum within schedule.
