Qualifications

• Must meet all state licensing and employment requirements.

• High school diploma or GED is required with relevant child development credentials.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: model professionalism and ensure safety and joy standards across staff.
• Safety Assurance: support and report on safety protocols for participants.
• Effective Communication: engage with families, partners, peers, and children to build trust.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain attendance and licensing records.
• Daily Routine: implement activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
