Job summary

Level 10 Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of affordable housing properties in Minneapolis. You will manage lease administration, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination to optimize performance and asset value.

Responsibilities include inspections, budget oversight, and regulatory compliance with Fair Housing and HUD guidelines. Proficiency in RealPage and Yardi systems is essential to maintain records and reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing.
• Proficiency in RealPage Systems or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of lease agreements, lease administration, and Fair Housing regulations.
• Experience conducting building inspections and managing property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of affordable housing properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, and rent collection.
• Conduct regular building inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Utilize Yardi Systems to maintain accurate records of leases, tenant information, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and other housing regulations.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors for repairs, preventive maintenance, and capital improvements.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and generate financial and operational reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with real estate development teams to support acquisition, renovation, and leasing strategies.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high tenant satisfaction.
