Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in daily operations of affordable housing communities.
• Deliver courteous service to residents regarding inquiries and maintenance needs.
• Maintain adherence to federal, state, and municipal housing regulations.
• Collect and record rent payments and prepare notices as necessary.
• Conduct property inspections and monitor condition of buildings.
