Job summary

Lovelight Solutions, a Bay Area-based commercial lighting and energy-efficiency contractor, is seeking an Account Executive to prospect, qualify, and close B2B LED retrofit and energy-efficiency projects. You’ll present financial and ROI benefits and build long-term client relationships.

This role offers uncapped, margin-based commissions, a W-2 with California wage draw, paid health insurance, a 4% 401(k) match, flexible schedule and remote work options, plus paid time off and company-matched

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close B2B clients for LED retrofit and energy-efficiency projects.
Present financial and operational benefits of LED upgrades and PG&E programs.
Build long-term client relationships and referral networks.
Conduct lighting assessments and prepare proposals - training provided if needed.
Manage your sales pipeline in CRM and report progress regularly.
