Job summary

Evergreen Talent Partners seeks an Account Executive for Energy Solutions (C&I) in Long Island City, NY. The role is hybrid/field-based, focusing on prospecting, relationship-building, and closing complex, technical deals across HVAC, controls, LED lighting, solar, EV charging, and battery storage.

You will own the full sales cycle, educate clients on incentives, and manage a real pipeline with CRM forecasting.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have proven experience selling into Commercial & Industrial accounts.
• Track record of selling complex, technical, or consultative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and prospect new business within Commercial and Industrial accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle—from outreach to needs assessment, proposal, negotiation and close.
• Sell across HVAC, controls, LED lighting, solar, EV charging, and battery storage.
• Educate clients on utility incentives, grants, and rebates.
• Collaborate with in-house engineering/project teams to scope solutions.
• Build and manage a territory with ownership and forecast in CRM.
