Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Waxhaw, NC is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home for children with autism.

You will work under supervision of a BCBA, collect data, implement plans, and communicate progress to families. Training and mentorship are provided to help you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.

• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
